I am Carla Ferguson, Founder and CEO of Code Act Academy. With a strong educational background in journalism and extensive experience as an entrepreneur and homeschool mother to four boys, I possess a unique combination of skills and insights that enable me to fully comprehend the significance of fostering engaging and enjoyable learning experiences.

A part of my journey in the world of education began with Georgia Perimeter College, and continued as a home schooled mother for 5 years. I continued to make an impact as a Food Service Manager at Lake Placid Campgrounds, where I successfully transformed their revenue dynamics from 40+ years in the black to currently being in the green. This experience allowed me to develop a keen understanding of the importance of effective management, strategic planning, and delivering exceptional results.

Driven by my passion for education and my desire to empower individuals with the skills they need to succeed in the digital age, I founded Code Act Academy.
